{"id":3689,"date":"2025-09-19T11:15:16","date_gmt":"2025-09-19T09:15:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ausolan.com\/reportaje-orain-sobre-la-gestion-de-dietas-especiales-de-ausolan\/"},"modified":"2025-09-22T12:18:08","modified_gmt":"2025-09-22T10:18:08","slug":"reportaje-orain-sobre-la-gestion-de-dietas-especiales-de-ausolan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ausolan.com\/gl\/actualidade\/reportaje-orain-sobre-la-gestion-de-dietas-especiales-de-ausolan\/","title":{"rendered":"Reportaxe Orain sobre a xesti\u00f3n de dietas especiais de Ausolan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>O medio dixital de EITB, Orain, fixo unha reportaxe sobre o aumento das dietas especiais e como se xestionan nos comedores escolares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para iso, entrevistou \u00e1 nosa t\u00e9cnica de calidade en Navarra, Susana Tom\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E \u00e9 que, tal e como recollen na reportaxe, o aumento de <strong>intolerancias e alerxias<\/strong> ou as petici\u00f3ns de men\u00fas vexetarianos multiplicou o n\u00famero de dietas que serven a diario nos comedores escolares de Hego Euskal Herria, e <strong>xa supo\u00f1en o 9&nbsp;% das preparaci\u00f3ns<\/strong> das empresas de restauraci\u00f3n escolar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na Comunidade Aut\u00f3noma Vasca, por exemplo, dos 88.524&nbsp;comensais nos comedores, m\u00e1is de 10.000 comen alg\u00fan tipo de men\u00fa especial, \u00e9 dicir, <strong>1 de cada 8&nbsp;alumnos toma un men\u00fa diferente<\/strong>, segundo datos facilitados polo Departamento de Educaci\u00f3n do Goberno Vasco.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <strong>Navarra<\/strong>, dos 6.074&nbsp;alumnos e alumnas dos centros educativos p\u00fablicos comarcais que fan uso do servizo de comedor, 404&nbsp;alumnos e alumnas precisan alg\u00fan men\u00fa especial por motivos de sa\u00fade ou por motivos culturais, \u00e9ticos ou relixiosos, segundo indicaron dende o Departamento de Educaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo sinalan dende Ausolan, o <strong>exceso de hixiene<\/strong> e unha <strong>menor exposici\u00f3n a microorganismos<\/strong> incrementou o risco de padecer alerxias e enfermidades autoinmunes.
